Version 3.6 is up for Testing!

I have been working on Star Explorers quite a bit in the last few months. I have neglected to post updates here, due to a lack of activity, but recent comments have prompted me to do so. Version 3.6 is not a full update, but a version that I am still testing out, and actively updating. I do plan to have an official 4.0 release up some time soon.
3.6 is significantly updated, here is a summary of the changes that have been made so far:
- It uses the newest Acknex game engine A8
- Data Execution Prevention (DEP) in Windows sometimes caused the older versions to not run, this has been fixed
- New "Posterizing" shader available in Video Options
- Allows user to create a custom save folder
- Star Chart crash issue has been addressed
- New splash loading menu
- Going to the Main Menu will now essentially restart the game, as it had some major stability issues in 3.0 when returning to the main menu to start a new game, or load a different saved game.
Right now I am working on adding a new type of quest generation protocol to the game. I just got it working today, but it needs a lot of tweaking. Hopefully I will have a new update for testing by next weekend.
