Some small changes have been made to Star Explorers. 
Visiting caves and then dying or turning off the game before leaving could cause all the items in that cave to disappear.  This has been fixed.
Also, some newer monitors were not being recognized by a script, and would cause the game to not start.  This has also been addressed.
