Testing Version Uploaded

Version 0.04 has been uploaded.  This is a testing version of the game, and not the official #LowRezJam entry.  

This version renders the game into a 1280 x 720 window.  It does not reduce the resolution.  It also shows a frame-rate counter in the upper left corner.  I added this because some players complained about a slow frame-rate, and I wanted to verify what was happening.
