Frame Rate Improved

This latest version includes some optimizations that improve the frame rate considerably.
It is drawing less than half the lines per frame than the previous version. However, I added a subtle fog effect, and a little more variation in the transparency of the lines, so it gives roughly the same amount of scratchy noise in the final render.
I also updated some of the sound effects.
Some players are getting very low frame rates with AMD cards. Hopefully this, and future optimizations will help to make the game more compatible with a wider range of video cards.
